Igor Tudor en tant que coach

IGOR TUDOR APPOINTED TOTTENHAM INTERIM COACH: FIRST WORDS AND CLEAR OBJECTIVES

Tottenham have officially appointed Igor Tudor as interim head coach, replacing Thomas Frank. The Croatian manager takes charge at what he described as a crucial moment for the club.
In his first statement, Tudor made his intentions clear: bring stability, energy and immediate improvement in performances.

A MESSAGE BUILT ON CONSISTENCY AND CONVICTION

“It’s an honour to join this club at an important moment. I understand the responsibility and my goal is clear: to bring more consistency to our performances and play with conviction in every match,” Tudor said.

He also highlighted the quality within the squad:
“There is a lot of talent in this group. My job is to organise it, give it energy and improve results quickly.”

A SHORT-TERM MISSION WITH BIG EXPECTATIONS

Appointed on an interim basis, Tudor faces the challenge of making an instant impact. His priorities are structure, collective intensity and restoring confidence inside the dressing room.
The focus is on delivering consistent performances and building momentum as quickly as possible.

AN IMMEDIATE TEST

With a demanding schedule and high expectations, Tudor has little time to implement his ideas. His ability to organise the team and stabilise results will be key to Tottenham’s short-term trajectory.

A new phase begins for Spurs, with an interim coach whose approach is centred on discipline, energy and consistency.
